Originally from the Champagne region, Marie, a graduate of CELSA (Sorbonne University), has spent the better part of her career in the world of wine and champagne. She began at G.H.Mumm and then moved to Veuve Clicquot, where she was International Advertising and Corporate Communication Manager. After spending many years abroad — including a year touring the wineries of the world — Marie, who speaks five languages, finally settled in Paris where her burning ambition to provide a different outlook into the wine and champagne industry (her preferred sector!) led to the creation of SOWINE. Apart from her responsibilities at the heart of the agency, Marie shares her insights and in-depth expertise on various wine and spirits related topics by giving lectures and presentations at international conferences and seminars. Marie has been elected as one of the 20 leading figures in the French wine industry.

Before co-founding SOWINE, Sylvain successfully pursued a career in the use of image associated with new technologies in the US and France. An ESSEC graduate, Sylvain has firmly established himself as a brand positioning specialist who revels in looking at things from a different perspective, and who exercises an impressive array of skills in bringing unconventional solutions to any problems. His talents, however, continued to multiply: during his year pursuing and exploring vineyards around the world, Sylvain discovered a passion for photography and has even had his works featured in international festivals. Sylvain is also the mastermind behind the publication of the SOWINE/SSI Barometre, which studies the influence of modern technology on the behaviour of wine consumers in France.
After 10 years’ consulting experience in management and new technologies, Arnaud chose to live his passion and specialised in the wine growing and making industry in 2006. While studying for an OIV (International Office of Vine and Wine) MSc in Wine Management he undertook a world tour of wine-producing and drinking countries. Since 2008 he has advised the industry’s federations and major players in marketing strategy. A graduate of ICN business school and WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust), Arnaud teaches wine marketing on numerous specific training courses. Arnaud is co-organiser of Vinocamp and founder of Wine Mosaic, a project to promote the original grape varieties.
Born and bred in Reims, Clémence stayed true to her roots by joining the École Supérieure de Commerce business programme at Reims Management School, specializing in marketing and communication. Initial experience with the Nicolas group strengthened her wish to become more involved in the wines and spirits industry and her fascination for the expertise and heritage which lies behind each bottle. Clémence continued her career with Thiénot Bordeaux-Champagnes group’s communication department before joining the Pernod-Ricard group’s marketing teams then SOWINE, where she combines her knowledge of the market with a passion for “great stories”.
Born in Dunkirk, Elisa is a true daughter of Flanders. She studied communication and marketing at Lille ISTC (Institut des Stratégies et Techniques de Communication – institute for communication strategies and techniques). A taste for travel took her to Quebec before joining SOWINE, where she learnt it was possible to combine her expertise with her passion. After working as social media manager in luxury tourism in Indonesia, Elisa returned to Paris and gained experience in project management for an organisation dealing with the food industry. Her path then led her back to SOWINE, where she devotes her creative spirit and project management skills to the agency’s customers.
Harold started working for the wine industry in 2017: after ten years collaborating with communications agencies in Paris, he decided to start a Master’s in Wine Management at the OIV- International Office of Vin and Wines. Passionate about wine, convinced that the terroir is the key for any communications about the product, he got interested in all the different marketing aspects that surround the product itself: the brand, the image, the storytelling, the digital and the distribution. As a consultant, Harold has developed a global expertise to accompany private and public clients in the definition and animation of their communication. Today, he offers this expertise to his clients with passion and dedication.
A childhood in Lille nurtured Juliette’s cheerful and authentic personality. Curious to discover a different world, she left the rainy north to study in Bordeaux where she was introduced to the pleasures of wine tasting at her business school, BEM (Bordeaux École de Management). Juliette started her career with Pernod Ricard, where she first crossed paths with SOWINE. She continued her professional development with start-ups in the wine industry before joining SOWINE’s Bordeaux office, where she assists customers in the region in developing their projects and building their brand image.
Being born in Seine-et-Marne, a stone’s throw from Châteaux Fontainebleau and Vaux-le-Vicomte, has certainly contributed to Lise’s passion for history ever since childhood. Graduated with a double degree in art history and archaeology, coupled with a master professional degree in history and cultural heritage management from Paris-Sorbonne University, Lise gained a precious expertise when she joined the Musée du Louvre as a public communication officer. Her in-depth knowledge of history and cultural heritage, and her strong research skills are undoubtedly important assets to the SOWINE team.
Sylvain was born into a family from south west France, and learned all about the pleasures of the terroir from an early age. After a childhood spent in the Charente area and film studies and a foundation course in the humanities in Bordeaux, Sylvain continued his further education at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (known as Sciences Po) in Toulouse. His love of spirits led him to spend a short interlude across the Channel, offering opportunities for whisky tastings and distillery tours. After gaining experience in digital communication, he decided to put his skills as a “geek” to work for his passion. At SOWINE, Sylvain guides clients with their digital communication strategy and keeps his keen eye open for new trends on their behalf.
Born in Marseilles, it is in Avignon that Salomé gets interested in music, cinema and theatre at a very young age. Her dynamism and ability for interactions and exchanges lead her to get involved in different, but connected areas: from cultural creation to communications, from art to digital marketing. Nomadic at heart, Salomé develops a strong affinity with the gustatory arts. Graduated with a PhD in Film and Communications Studies, she now articulates her days between the productions of content, pictures, videos and other types of made to measure media she develops for the clients of the agency.
Born in a family working in the military, Tanguy spent most of his childhood traveling the world with his parents. Being from the South-West region of France, he never misses an opportunity to go back to his beloved Landes coast. During his studies at the ISTC in Lille, in Northern France, Tanguy specialized himself in beerology with a lot of serious but also humour as he created, in small references, his own beer. Once settled in Paris, Tanguy started working as a community manager, working on the social media accounts of beer brands in digital agencies. From beer to champagnes and spirits, there’s a thin line that Tanguy was very happy to cross. Today he manages the social media accounts of SOWINE’s clients.
Astrid cultivates a marked taste for all good things. She draws her strong character from her Catalan origins and this personality comes in useful for livening up conversations at the dinner table and when tasting fine food and wine, as her job often requires! Astrid graduated from EFAP and has spent her career working in press offices. With her experience, her interest in the world of wines and spirits and her predilection for difference and efficiency, Astrid now shares her substantial expertise, energy and network with the agency’s customers, whom she assists with their global public and press relations.
The grandson of a grain farmer, Christopher grew up between the plains of the Beauce and the vineyards of the Coteaux-du-Loir. Passionate about journalistic writing, he wrote his first pieces for the République de Centre newspaper at the age of sixteen before studying communication in Tours. After graduating from Poitiers IAE (Institut d’Administration des Entreprises) with a Master II in Communication Strategy and Management he turned to wine and gastronomy to combine his passion with his profession. As press officer with an agency for six years, he developed expertise in the field of inter-branch organisations and winegrowers’ associations. At SOWINE, Christopher assists customers with communication and media relations.
Born in the South-West of France, Laura is very proud of her origins. Being attached to her native region, Laura passes her Communications DUT and ISCOM degree in Toulouse. She, then, moves to Paris where she starts courses at Sup de Pub in Public Relations, Press Relations and Influence applied to luxury. Laura joins a specialized RP agency besides studying. There she learns the journalistic speach and works on her network of journalists and influencers. Laura still mixes her passions and professional path at SOWINE, where she develops the lifestyle influence strategy and coordinate the international media visibility of the agency’s clients.
Born in the heart of the Champagne region, Charlotte was brought up in the fresh air of the countryside, where she learnt the beauty of aromas and flavours from a very young age. During her studies, Charlotte discovered the north of France; five years at ISTC in Lille and a quick stopover in Dublin later, she emerged as a graduate with a burning desire to make use of one of her greatest assets — her bubbly personality. During her experience at Céline (LVMH), she continued to appreciate the beautiful things in life. Convinced that the love of good food is far from being a deadly sin, Charlotte has put her knowledge of wine, impeccable organization skills, and radiant personality to use with the agency’s client services.
Ludivine was born and grew up in Menton. After passing her DUT in Sales Techniques, Ludivine leaves for an Erasmus year in Vienna, where she learns the perks of beer and takes pleasure in sharing big and cheerful meals with friends. Her Marketing and Advertisting degree from CELSA passed, Ludivine takes advantage of her professional experiences to get specialized in « Food & Wine » with professional experiences adapted to event project management, branding, innovation and digital and social media. Graduated from the WSET 2, Ludivine joins SOWINE to share her skills in account planning for the benefit of SOWINE’s clients.
Born in the region of Bearn, in South of France, Maylis was raised between the beaches of the Basque coast and the Pyrenean mountains before moving to Bordeaux and then Paris to study. There, she joined Sup de Pub and passed a Master’s in Artistic Direction. Strongly attached to the South West, where her roots are, she has always remained very curious about the world. After some time spent in Parisian advertising agencies, she departed for a long journey in South America working in farms to get board and lodging. This experience helped to strengthen Maylis’ vision of life where sharing and mind-openness are the key. At the end of this trip, Maylis joined SOWINE in Bordeaux: since then, she has been boosting the creative tone of each project and visually translated the identity of the agency’s clients.
Anne-Laure spent her childhood absorbing the fusion of Mediterranean cultures inherited from her family and often reflected in meals. After communication studies marked by an encounter with the world of politics she fell in love with numbers, which took her career in the direction of finance and the property business. By joining SOWINE, Anne-Laure has reconciled her innate sense of organisation with her taste for the fine things in life, while celebrating her family name of Vigneron (French for winegrower). She devotes her good humour and facilitation skills to the SOWINE team.
